Add option to set max download speed #106

The launcher sometime use 100% of download speed... Add a option to set max download speed can fix the problem Atually i can't watch a youtube video while download a game in hydra launcher

You have two problems that seems to be completely unrelated. Please open different issues per each problem AND PLEASE be more technical, I can't do anything with “I can't watch a YouTube video”.

Tell me what's more technical than "It's using all my download speed"?

The problem must be due to the BitTorrent client opening multiple connections to achieve a high download rate, hence the recommendation of an option to set a maximum download rate. YouTube was just a way to exemplify this.

I was talking about the YouTube thingy.

I think they mean that the app uses so much of their bandwidth, they cant watch a video while anything is downloading
