[REQUEST] Console ROM support #318

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no problem. It would just be nice to have good-looking ROM library without ads.

Describe the solution you'd like
A tab in hydra for console games (with sorting by console) and/or platform picker for games that are multiplatform (PC/Console). When the game is downloaded, an explorer in download folder will be opened.

Describe alternatives you've considered Good existing alternatives (that I know): NSWTL bots.

This is launcher in first place, not a tracker or bitTorrent client.

I recommend you looking into EmuDeck if you want one installer for emulators and easy-manager for ROMs. (It's not just for Steam Deck, but any system)
