Add a goal to generate titlepages.

committed in r258, you will be able to use generate-template goal and specify 
like the other goals a customization layer (if you don't want to use the 
original docbook titlepage.xsl) with the parameter <templateCustomization/>.

You can have a look at the docbkx-samples if you want.
