Find methodology to compute retain factors #4

The flows from the surface runoff-aggregation have to be calibrated to model evaporation and drainage effects. The simplest model would be to calculate a retention factor per basin or powerplant.

Nice to have and also depends on results from #3 - if linear correlation exists it might make sense to add this otherwise it does not.
