Zoom level dependent icons scaling interpolation #108

Mapbox expressions can't nest a zoom expression, thus we need to work on discrete levels. A lot of work to try good thresholds, but this is a good first shot. I will further enhance, if I find enough time this weekend.

If not, the zoom level has to be removed from the header before merging!!!
