Treeline - border #185

At the moment when dropping a tree inside the area the tree can be placed as close as possible to the border. We need some kind of warning when the treeline is too close to the border. We have to check with Chris and/or Marina first regarding the distance, but thought I open an issue as a reminder.

@JesJehle and I already discussed the best way, how this (and other) warning is presented to the user. Ideally, the warning is presented as geo-data, at the location where the 'violation' happened. IE, the dragged tree could turn red, or a red area arises indicating the minimum distance needed to be kept. Not sure though if this is feasible. Just a thought.
