Define physical properties relevant to performance benchmarking

Blockers:

We need to quantify things like the input slope data, how the internals of the domain is shaped greatly affects performance (e.g. How hilly is it? How does this affect performance? What metric can be used to define "hilly-ness"?)

Uncertain:

Forcings (?)
Does changing resolution change the domain? (e.g. is Resolution physical or a data component)
Slope Data (is this a physical property or part of the data decomp?)

Pretty Certain:

Domain (Little Washita, CONUS, etc)
Boundary Condition Types (Dirichlet, Overland Flow, etc)
