Are there other parameters to feed into the solvers?

Pretty Certain:

Which solver to use? (Richards, etc)
Which preconditioner to use? (None? PFMG? PFGMOctree? etc)
Tolerance for the solver to converge

Here are the relevant parameters (based on what I found from #37) in the TCL files:
