Updated the docker build scripts to build docker images using either docker or Podman.
You now build on Princeton linux servers such as delaware using scripts like "bash build.sh podman".

Updated docker files to build with more recent version of EcoSlim from 'Sept 10, 2021'.
The EcoSlim changes after 'Sept 10, 2021', did not work properly with injecting into wells, but this version did contain new changes since the last release of SandTank.
The old code used Google Analytics 3 which has expired. The new code contains tracking tags for Google Analytics 4.
