Problem with import and export. #105

I can export my song, but it comes out in a format were I cant hear anything. I have tried exporting my works as MIDI and other formats, but it turns it into a Word Document every time, on all formats. Also, I cant import my own hits and sounds.

can you upload such a corrupted file somewhere? I really don't understand how it can turn into a word document :)

Ok, so I exported my beat and this is what I get.

Could you povide the damaged files somehow? And which version of hydrogen are you using?

I am using version 9.6, I actually wanted an older version, one I could use the MiDI to create beats. I find the new one very hard to use, not only that, I cannot import my sounds and arange them as easily as I could on the old one, could you possibly send me the download links to older versions? The corrupted file is in attachments.

You can find links to the previous versions on the hydrogen site in the download section (at the bottom of that page) However, i dont quite understand what you mean withe the changes between the old and new version. Akaik thes functions have not changed... Can you explain in some more detail ? What version are you reffering to ?

I cannot remember which version, sir, but this new version does not allow me to use the MIDI, only the pattern sequencer. Maybe this is some new bug, but I did not suspect so do to the utter lack of the MIDI function. I do want to say, that in the long run, I am extremely pleased with your product, it is a very advanced drum engine, more so than IDrum by Isotope, I truly express great pleasure in your products. I thank you for telling me where to find the older versions. I hope that soon you get the numerous number of bugs out of the newest version, and thank you.
