Cleaner notifications

As per @nephros' pointers:

• Removed the notificator code
• Added simpler notification creation

Also, when "tryToBeSilent" is true, the notification is still published (count updated) but does not ping you in hydrogen.

Last minute fix: this should honor Sticky notifs settings too.
