Remove bin files from repository #30

@hydrogeoscience I think the two binary files in the commdat directory should be removed again and should not be tracked by git. These are created automatically by the Fortran routines.

Sure. I simply added *.pyd to .gitignore file

That's also good, but I meant etpolut1.bin and ksm03.bin.
