Calculate the volume strain tens of kilometers beneath the surface #34

The parameter "height" in pygtide.pygtide() should be >= -500 m. I wonder if I can use this package to calculate the volume strain in deeper depth.

This restriction was now removed, as it does not make sense. Thanks for letting me know about it.
