Question : "origin time" definition #40

Hi, thanks for this great package and app. This is more a question than an issue. I'd like to compare pygtide computations for gravity corrections to the Longman 1959 formula. Longman uses an "origin time" of 1899-12-31T12:00:00 as a reference point. Does pygtide have an equivalent? Is there an easy way to compare Longman computations to pygtide?
