xdatasets version: v0.4.0 (upcoming)
Python version: Any
Operating System: All

Description

The package is looking clean and tested enough to merit being contributed to conda-forge. If we want to see xhydro as a conda-installable package down-the-line, this would be the first step.

I'm thinking this would be the next thing we do after tagging a new version (v0.4.0), following the latest changes currently coming from dependabot.

@RondeauG Do you see anything blocking this?

This looks fine to me, as long as we maintain the ability to install this package through pip alone (which is required by @sebastienlanglois).
