What kind of change does this PR introduce?

xarray 2024.09 was temporarily excluded while xclim was waiting for a fix. This temporary fix is removed in this PR

Not sure changelog need updating as it's already mentionning that python >=3.10 is needed. So this PR only removes a temporary fix while xclim did not support xarray 2024.09
