Add full HydroShare integration

Describe the feature you'd like and what it will do

Users should have the ability to archive data to HydroShare. We have a limited implementation of this now. There is a functional specifications document that describes the full functionality we want:

Why is this feature important?

Users may want to archive data during active data collection and the finalize data products in HydroShare as an archival repository.

So I make sure to implement everything, I'm putting a TODO list here with all the missing functionality of the functional specifications document:

Site Level Archival Configurations:

• [x] 3.1 - On the 'Site Details' page, add a "Configure HydroShare Archival For Site" button.
• [x] 3.2 - Data archival configurations will be done at the site level. Each site will have separate data archival configuration settings.
• [ ] 3.3 - Save archival settings to data management API

Set up HydroShare Resource From SiteDetails Page:

• [x] 3.5.A & B - Create new HydroShare resource with a HydroServer form. Will be 1:1 with HydroServer Site. Creating a resource will set all the HydroShare metadata at the time the resource is created.
• [ ] 3.5.C - Allow site folder name to be editable. Default name of 'HydroServer'

Edit HydroShare Resource:

• [ ] 3.5.D Provide a button or link to “Edit this resource in HydroShare”. This button would take the user to HydroShare and open the HydroShare resource in a separate browser tab. Once the HydroShare resource is created, we don’t need to provide resource editing capabilities from within HydroServer. Users can do that directly in HydroShare.

Connect HydroServer Site to existing HydroShare resource:

• [ ] 3.5.E - Alternatively, the user should be able to select an existing HydroShare resource into which time series data can be copied for archival (e.g., a user creates a resource in HydroShare and then later configures HydroServer Archival to copy data to that existing resource).

Scheduled Archival Frequency:

• [ ] 3.9 - Users will have the ability to schedule the frequency with which data are archived to HydroShare.

  4. On demand (run now)
• [ ] 3.11 - Users will have the ability to stop or modify regularly scheduled data archival by editing the schedule on which archival is happening

Custom Links:
