To Do List Here from 8/16 and 8/17 Meetings
[ ] Christina and Kelsey will scope the steps needed to bridge the spatial analysis. Graciela wants to start using the watershed information for community use for planning.
[ ] Chris and Christina will work on Data Sharing Agreement to cover the 8 data products
[ ] Amy (Emily Garner) will share example of sequencing data with Amber. Use example Qiita or Chime format. If Qiita is not working, let's get an example from their preferred community repo or just focus on MetaStorm. VT selects community or Univ. repo of choice for microbial data publication. If Qiita- use this template: https://twbattaglia.gitbooks.io/introduction-to-qiime/content/qiita.html. We may publish there or on HydroShare with the same formats. Analysis workflow: download raw data, run scripts and programs to get processed output accessible for R [ unknown - how many new tools are being developed in R or Python?]. VT is developing new ways in R.
[ ] Publish microbial in HydroShare or community repo with a HS reference? Explore process to get data from DNA repo (whereever VT or Graciela want to publish their data) to a Notebook - possible HydroShare reference resource (currently not, but under development). Christina will add use case description - fuel to fire but not complicate the dev process. Input template for serial, long format (Amber and Jeff) - we already have a good prototype of this that is pretty general and will work for a lot of data use cases.
[ ] Look at what it would take to support a data input template for a cross-tabulated dataset (Amber and Jeff) At the very least, we would need some kind of data translation tool to go from serial format to cross-tabulated format (Amber and Jeff; tested by Christina & Kelsey for use with geoanalysis).

[ ] Kelsey will send link on long format and talk to WIlliam about long versus short

Task 2. Drinking water sampling in Puerto Rico. 2a. Develop a water sampling and analysis plan based on the needs and concerns of public water suppliers (Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, PRASA), 2b. Integrate and analyze population health data for Puerto Rico during and after Hurricane Maria, 2c. Conduct a one-week water sampling experiment coordinated by colleagues at the University of Puerto Rico and the Luquillo CZO. Collect water samples, analyze microbial and inorganic parameters, and archive data on HydroShare for analysis in this and future projects.
