Landlab Spatial Modeling #12

Task 4. Apply Landlab for spatial modeling. Use Landlab for an easy-to-use framework that couples both data models and process models. Although Python-based Landlab has been tested and successfully run on the CUAHSI JupyterHub server through HydroShare, the cyberinfrastructure ecosystem has yet to be used for environmental and drinking water sample data integration with clinical repositories to support population health and coupled natural and human systems research. 4a. identify data formats that we need to add to landlab so that we can seamlessly link to existing data sets or to data sets that will be a product of this proposal, 4b. identify process models, which already exist as landlab components, that can be used to answer some of the concerns of this proposal, 4c. Identify processes that are not currently part of landlab - but that are essential to the overall goal of this project or identified as a critical need or concern during the initial assessment (e.g. modeling mudslides upstream of drinking water sources following devegetation from wind damage).
