The nbfetch extension needs to be added to the singleuser container.
Also requires oauthenticator changes (currently on dev branch). Issues are not enabled on this repo, so I cant link to a specific issue.
Files will be placed in "Downloads" folder instead of "notebooks/data"
We would like to get rid of the duplicate resource id in the path, which requires https://github.com/hydroshare/hs_restclient/issues/63
