This can't be implemented in the code until Features is complete.
Example text or description pop ups would be helpful to users to define and standardize uploading meta data. For example, the "contributor", the "reference", and the "source" should be defined in some way because it will help standardize the meta data. Another example was the "driver file." This category was confusing because no matter what option you choose, this driver remained as “ga_resources.drivers.shapefile.”
