Creator versus Uploader Meta Data #29

In the meta data for the geoanalytics it shows below the image after it has been uploaded that whoever uploaded the information was also the creator. This may not necessarily be true because there is already lots of free information that anyone can use. It would be important to give credit when credit is due. The creator of the file should be separated from who the uploading person is. The uploading person may not be necessarily the creator.

Allowances have been made for contributors and creators.

This can't be implemented in the code until Features is complete.
