HydroShare Beta landing-page loading delay #37

See above screen capture: prior to logging in, when one first goes to http://beta.hydroshare.org, the landing page attempts to incorrectly resolve to http://dev.hydroshare.org causing a 20-second delay before things sort themselves out. This creates an unpleasant user experience.

Fixed along with the other odd site problems.
