NetCDF Module for Extracting NetCDF Resource Metadata in HydroShare #39

NetCDF Module is used to extract metadata information from the uploaded netCDF file in the HydroShare. The module is still under development.

Current State Dec 17th: Create netCDF file following ACDD (Attribute Convention for Data Discovery) and CF convention as an example to think about how to represent netCDF resource in HydroShare.
