Document Geoanalytics REST API

Document the Geoanalytics REST API, including create, update, list, delete on:

• [ ] RenderedLayer
• [ ] SpatialMetadata

Additionally there is a new Geoanalytics Data Resource REST API in beta. This will let you query, list, update, append, and delete records from individual Geoanalytics data resources. We should document this, including

• [ ] How to get the schema of a resource
• [ ] How to get a summary of data in the resource
• [ ] How to update a record
