Paste negative tags from clipboard in the tag manager #1291

Negative tags (-tag) can be typed in tag manager to remove tags. However, "paste newline-separated tags from clipboard" button does not support negative tags. Adding this support would be very convenient for removing a specific group of tags in the tag manager.

Piggybacking on this: it would be nice if there was a way to enable negative tag input working as a removal when re-entering the tag to remove it is disabled.

That sounds more intuitive. Maybe rename the option to "require explicit negative (-) tag input for tag removal".
