somewhat random sub tab open lockups #1489

Bug description and reproduction

haves subs find files, open said subs in tabs, click on a few tabs or images and a tab not from these subs you opened lockup...

now, I have a relatively large session, at around 18 million and 500+ pages, and the main tab I publish these to is around 450~ tabs

now about 20~ versions ago I could do this without issue up to 600 and then force myself to deal with it then, but now something locks it up. i'm going to do a clean up of the tab and get as few as possible and try to see when this behavior starts.

all in all the tab has about 41k open images session itself about 150k.

Log output

there is no log output, just a lock up that has little to no cpu use and never seems to stop, though I have not let it run over night in this state.

just caught another one

it happened when I clicked on a tab the last log entry was at 2023/12/02 05:28:44 about 2 hours ago, there is no log entry about this, and it seems to be an hanging infinitely, so I have forced clent shut down and restarted it. roughly same session size, but 280 pages open.

got another lock up with going to a different tab, this time not inside of the large amount of tabs tab

the issue seems to happen at random with tab switches, and it happening though opening subs and moving to tabs was just a coincidence due to that being when I opened and checked 10~ tabs
