Copying and pasting IPFS links that include your IPFS node address. #427

To make file discovery faster, there could be an option to copy an IPFS link that also includes your IPFS node address (e.g. in the URL fragment). When pasted into another Hydrus instance, Hydrus recognizes this and adds the node address as a peer.
