Dialog column width grows each instance [add tags before import], [file import status] #771

Environment Hydrus version: 423 Platform: Windows OS specifics: 10

What happens Second column of the "add tags before import" (path) and "file import status" (source) continually grow in width every subsequent instance of the dialog window. Noticed after multiple uses of these dialogs.

Steps to reproduce Open and close the above dialogs repeatedly.

Desired outcome Columns should maintain set width until changed

Just to add, there have been reports this occurs on most if not all column-ized windows
