Bugfix: HVD not working with Hydrus v539 and above #37

Note, this patch will render HVD incompatible with Hydrus versions earlier than v539.

@ianwal Actually, I brought up that very thing with Hydrus Dev, and he agreed to change it! As of v542, system: filetype is gif now once again includes both animated and static gifs. (See the second bullet in the release notes here for posterity)

Because of that, I'll close this PR and the associated bug issue. It'll still leave HVD incompatible with Hydrus v539-v541 (inclusive), but whether or not that's worth adding extra lines of code to address is up to you!

P.S. No worries on the other PRs, I know how it goes. 👍🏼
