Maybe I'm stupid but how do you get the game to work? #6

Hello I've tried downloading the game but after opening it I always get the same error in chinese pic. What am I supposed to do after downloading the program since I am obviously doing something wrong. Does anyone have a step for step for us extremely stupid people?

Launch it in administrator mode.

Bro I really don't want to sound like the biggest retard ever but when I've downloaded the file it looks like this. I put it on my desktop and run as administrator and still get the same error?

The meaning in the picture is: Program already running, please do not run it again.To terminate, please press the End key.

The meaning of opening the program for the first time is: Press the Home key to activate injection mode.Press the End key to terminate the auto-injection program.

For detailed instructions, please refer to 'User Manual.txt' inside the compressed file,and you need to run it with administrator privileges.
