Cannot get ikey to work on my iphone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Ikey installed and activated
2.5row keyboard does not show when sending email txt or in searches
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have a 5 row keyboard. I only get the stndard 4 row keyboard

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
latest. I have tried reinstalling many times. I have 3.01 operating system

Please provide any additional information below.
