Im currently looking at BioPax as Regnetwork gives their info in Biopax format with the R addon rBiopaxParser

rBiopaxParse is super slow, also [Info Verbose] Estimating up to 2150807 entries. This will roughly need 476 MB of RAM. this isnt exactly super promising
