GRO-602 update hygraph-commerce-starter readme
This isn't really a growth thing perse, but since Martian worked on the starter projects last: the [commerce starter repo](https://github.com/hygraph/hygraph-commerce-starter) lists 5 env variables in the README but 6 in the `.env.sample` file (`STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SIGNING_SECRET` is missing). Would you mind aligning them? :grimacing: :pray: hygraph/hygraph-commerce-starter
