3.1 程碑版本

主要更新内容为：

• xprofiler 将 cpuprofile 序列化格式适配为最新的 chrome devtools 序列化格式
• 控制台集成了 speedscope，更好的火焰图方案
• 现在已经可以自动发现服务器上进程崩溃新生成的 core 文件了，一键转储
• 一堆已知的 Bug 修复

强烈建议将监控服务端代码升级到最新，且 xprofiler >= 1.3.0，xtransit >=1.3.0 以进行体验。
