Remove -U from pipx #203

Describe the bug

pipx does not accept -U flag:

$ pipx install -U hyfetch
usage: pipx [-h] [--version] {install,uninject,inject,upgrade,upgrade-all,uninstall,uninstall-all,reinstall,reinstall-all,list,run,runpip,ensurepath,environment,completions} ...
pipx: error: unrecognized arguments: -U

Install and update must be used separately:

$ pipx install hyfetch
  installed package hyfetch 1.4.10, installed using Python 3.11.5
  These apps are now globally available
    - hyfetch
    - neowofetch
done!
$ pipx upgrade hyfetch
hyfetch is already at latest version 1.4.10 (location: /home/user/.local/pipx/venvs/
