KDE and Qt version info no longer displays correctly on KDE Plasma/Frameworks version 6.0+

Describe the bug

The kf5-config tool which was used previously to acquire the version information for KDE Frameworks and Qt no longer exists in version 6.0 and higher. The new kinfo script appears to be the intended replacement.

Expected behavior

The version information should appear correctly as it did in the past.
