Add heterosexual flag #271

Describe the content

It wouls be great to have a straight flag as well. So everyone could use this to represent their identity. Shouldn't be too hard to implement.

Thank you for your interest in contributing, but I don't think the straight pride flag is appropriate for this context. HyFetch aims to promote visibility for underrepresented LGBTQ+ identities within the tech community. The concept of a "straight pride" flag is viewed by many in the LGBTQ+ community as dismissive of the purpose behind LGBTQ+ pride flags, which is to celebrate identities that have been historically oppressed, marginalized, and discriminated against.

While allies might use the straight flag to show allyship toward the LGBTQ+ community, other people use it as a symbol of disregard. Its usage and purpose are unclear and controversial, and I don't think it will be perceived favourably even if your intentions are harmless. If you are not part of the LGBTQ+ community but still want to support this project, you can use neowofetch (the maintained neofetch script without pride coloring). You can find more details in the readme.

So just because some people may use the Heterosexual flag as a show of disregard, that means you dismiss ALL of the group as bad? How very intolerant of you.

I'm one of the people who thinks we should just add an "H" to the end of LGBTQ; otherwise it's just promoting an "us vs them" attitude, when this is a time we all need to be unified against those who WANT us to all be fighting each other.

Yeah I too find this very weird, I thought it was harmless, that's why I made this request, but this is github not twitter, so I don't think we should get into debates here. It's her project after all, she could do whatever she wants with it.

No problem there, I could use various other Neofetch alternatives if needed. But I feel I need to point out when someone is falling into the "us vs them" ttrap (in any of the current 'divisions' in society), since causing us to fight each other is of no benefit to us (in any definition of "us") and creates clusters of little groups tha are easily manipulated and controlled.

But yes, that's the end of this discussion here. Feel free to PM me if anyone here has any other thoughts.
