emu related issue? #47

substantial lag on i5 11400f and rtx 2060, talking 7 - 15 fps playing majora's mask randomizer with constant freezes/stutters

It isn't an emulator issue. The rigs we test with are far less beefy and run at full speed.

I'd check the audio settings as that is the usual culprit for lag in Mupen.
