Stops current sound when new one starts #1

Small tweak that stops the currently-playing voice clip when Link switches to making a different sound.

This was made to more closely resemble how Link's voice clips behave in vanilla OoT.

Tested with ModLoader 1.3.18, OoTO 2.0.156
