Add kill process function

Sorry, I would not merge.

• A confilict exists.
• If no spawn is executed, does panic happen ?
• When more than one spawns are executed, the last one can be killed but others can not.
• A global variable are used.

But, I understand what your want. I consider to implement kill stament.
