figure out how to join a lobby using squid tracks #147

the idea would be that someone could click on the link from the app in discord or some other app and squidtracks would handle the click and have them join the lobby just like clicking the link on phone does.

This'd especially be awesome if Discord Rich Integration was paired with it, to allow users to send out a "Join Me".

If any Fiddler/Charles dumps are needed of live usage, let me know ^^
