Can’t see hymns #33

Is there something I’m missing. I have the an iPhone 14 Pro. Is the app working for everyone?

Version 16.3. I upgraded the OS yesterday, but this has been an ongoing issue for me. Really have not been able to see the sheet music for a long time (many months). Today, I can see the lyrics, but nothing else.

Any progress to report? I notice that I have the latest 2.1.18 version. This is very strange in that I see lyrics but I sheet music. When I select the Music tab, it states “Hymnal not found.”

I have the exact same issue. Can see lyrics, sheet music and slides display “hymnal not found”.

Restore purchase does nothing as does signing out and back in.

The next update should make sure that it will always be found. There seems to be an error in the caching as it’s fetching a hymn update.

the next release will turn off dynamic hymn updates and only show ones bundled with the app (meaning new hymns require app update).

this should be a good fix for now.

what’s so weird about this bug is that it is not widespread

I verified that this is working on the new update with revised and supplement. But checking eChoice I found some with hymnal not found.

What hymns are you trying to access for me to test?

Looks like entire eChoice is having the issue, working on the fix.

Update rolling out 2.1.20 which fixes this!

It is rolling out so should be very soon. It’s up to the app stores to send the updates
