writting system failed #254

I need help.I have a problem
im tring to install a new rom on my lg gw620,but it gives me error like this:

sendtign boot: OK
writting boot: OK

sending system:OK
writting system: FAILED (remote: flash write failure)

Anyone knows what is a problem, and can it be fixed ?
Please help
