Size I'm not sure about the size, but as a best guess seems to be to use size of credit card. → 85,6 × 54 mm Other ideas are to make it circle or as regular fiat bank note.

1k and 2k denominations could potentially be made as coins, since they are the smallest denominations and the NFC tags are circular. You do run into the issue there of coin+tag costing significantly more than the sats stored in the LNURLw.

One feature I really like that's on the Offline Cash notes is a mini print of the genesis block.

Offline Cash looks beautiful.. I have them on my table too. But they are much more expensive. But you can use Offline Cash or Bolt cards with Lotes as well → I will just need to slightly improve the code https://github.com/hynek-jina/lotes/issues/30
