Cleanup! Initial refactor of project #15

Following help request #13

[x] Remove all unnecessary from repo
[x] Touch all of configurations and source codes to use .env for envvars and secrets
[x] Configure Prisma
[x] Configure Babel
- Remove unnecessary plugins
- Transform graphql using babel plugin
[x] Configure Docker
- Add waitting on database initialization
[x] Prepare to publish to NPM
- Server build
- Client build with Flow type annotations (commented)
[x] Cleanup resolvers
[x] Add initial tests for resolver
[x] Configure CircleCI
[x] Update README

@cometkim Thank you so much for all these works so far. You've made fantastic updates and it really looks like the codes that want to become a mammoth. I can see how mature you are at working on software. It seems you have further updates to be covered but I've just read your changes and put some comments on it. Also thank you for managing dirty config structures I've previouly had 👍.
