안녕하세요 조교님 위도, 경도 연산 시에 헷갈리는 점이 있어서 질문드립니다. 만약에

integer: -17, fraction: 100000 인 경우에 이것은 -17.1을 나타내나요 아니면 -16.9를 나타내나요?

integer + factional 이므로 -16.9이 맞습니다 .
