Incompatible library versions when write to IFC #1045

This line is incompatible with newest versions of Hypar.IFC4 (1.0.0 & 1.1.0) because method doc.ToSTEP(path) doesn't assume any arguments. Please fix it and align libraries compatibility 🙏
