Hypatia & Women, doc notes #123

Should this bit in CONTRIBUTING.md be moved to README.md?

Hypatia stricly enforces the CODE-OF-CONDUCT.md. We strive for a safe, healthy social environment for women, especially trans women.

Women have exclusive access to:

  * Mentorships: A mentor will help you: learn Python, make quality contributions to Hypatia, and start your own project. Ideally, this is a fast track to a career in software engineering.
  * Women-only team chat: Hypatia team chat already mostly consists of women, but the #women-only chat is a safe place exclusively for women! Email lillian.lynn.lemmer@gmail.com asking for an invite; mention a tiny bit about who you are.

Also, do you feel this message encompasses our core values of putting women first, being progressive and actually contributing to female inclusion in tech, particularly trans women in tech? A place where women's voices are loudest, and women can be in a safe place, can let their guard down, and focus on bettering themselves + bettering Hypatia, freely and unashamedly asking any question that may come to their mind.

Stealth women may be worried if an organization is advertised to be for trans women.

The mentorship and women-only chat seem more oriented towards developers, but to me that's just because the user-base isn't siginficantly larger than the development team at the moment. Assuming you want to extend the same gracious offers to everyone moving forward I'd personally say the comments belong in the README then.
