HD streaming using USB #23

Could you add HD streaming via usb option for better quality streams? In Linux it is easy to receive the stream to a virtual video device to use as a webcamera for skype etc.

If there is RNDIS network over USB, Endoscope can stream using it. Just connect when Endoscope is showing the "WiFi is disabled. Back to main menu" message (without clicking "back to main menu").
